Nicholas practises corporate and securities law. He advises both public and private companies, as well as financial institutions, on a wide range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private financings, private equity transactions and corporate reorganizations. He also provides ongoing advice to clients with respect to securities regulatory compliance, continuous disclosure obligations, stock exchange matters and corporate governance.
