Nicole joins Blakes after completing her second year of law school at the University of Calgary. Prior to attending law school, Nicole obtained a BSc in Anthropology with distinction from the University of Victoria.

During law school, Nicole has volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada and is a Student Ambassador. Nicole’s team won the 2024 Willms & Shier Environmental Law Moot and they were awarded Best Respondent’s Factum. Nicole is on the Dean’s List. 

Nicole now serves as Vice President, Academic for the Society of Law Students. She will be completing a portion of her articles as a judicial clerk at the Alberta Court of King’s Bench.

In her spare time, Nicole enjoys hiking, visiting art galleries, and reading long-form journalism.
