Nicole's practice focuses on domestic and cross-border financing. She acts for lenders and borrowers in both secured and unsecured financing transactions (bilateral and syndicated loan structures), including asset-based lending, leveraged finance and fund finance transactions.

Nicole joined Blakes in 2023. Prior to joining the Firm, she summered, articled and practiced corporate and financial services law in the Toronto office of another leading full-service firm.
