Nina joins Blakes after completing her second year of law school at the University of Toronto. Prior to law school, Nina graduated from the University of Alberta with a B.Comm in Finance. After law school, Nina spent a year working as a Research Assistant at the Bank of Canada.

Nina has spent the past year working part-time in family law, assisting self-represented litigants through a pro bono clinic. In law school Nina represented her school at the Bowman Tax Moot and has also been a member of the Venture Capital Law Society. 

In her spare time, Nina enjoys hiking, travelling, and trying out new restaurants.
