About Paul

Paul's practice focuses on corporate and commercial law. He assists clients with a variety of business law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity transactions and corporate reorganizations. Paul acts for clients in a wide range of industries including technology, retail, natural resources and life sciences.

Paul recently completed a one-year secondment in the legal department of a large Canadian telecommunications company where he assisted business teams with preparing and negotiating various commercial agreements.

Prior to law school, Paul worked on Parliament Hill in Ottawa for the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans.
