About Philippe

Philippe's practice encompasses all aspects of civil and commercial litigation, with particular emphasis on securities litigation, construction law, insurance disputes and product liability. He regularly advises and represents a diverse range of local and international clients, acting for both plaintiffs and defendants before all levels of Quebec courts.

Philippe also counsels clients on competition, regulatory and compliance matters. He provides strategic guidance in connection with internal investigations, as well as investigations conducted by government agencies, securities regulators and self-regulatory organizations. Recognized for his ability to navigate complex matters, Philippe is committed to delivering practical, results-oriented solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client.
