About Rami

Rami's practice focuses primarily on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions involving private and public companies, and matters relating to securities regulation. He regularly acts for issuers listed on various stock exchanges, including the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) and the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV).

Rami is involved in the various stages of M&A transactions, from due diligence to closing. He also assists in the drafting of commercial agreements and other related documents.

As part of his securities practice, he advises issuers on their disclosure obligations and registration requirements with securities regulators.

Rami is fluent in both English and French and has intermediate knowledge of Arabic.
