About Ravish

Ravish practises tax law, with a focus on tax controversy and litigation. He assists major Canadian and international businesses in resolving all types of Canadian federal and provincial tax disputes involving income taxes, goods and services tax and provincial sales taxes, and excise taxes.

Ravish's practice covers a wide range of complex tax disputes, including those related to the application of Canada's general anti-avoidance rule, transfer pricing, tax treaties, voluntary disclosure, specific statutory anti-avoidance rules, and competent authority relief and mutual agreement procedures.
