About Robeah
Robeah practises corporate and commercial law, with a focus on the energy industry.
She has experience advising clients on a range of matters and transactions, including asset acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations and energy infrastructure development, operational and services agreements, drafting corporate agreements and constating documents, and mergers and acquisitions. She also has experience working in technology and privacy and data protection matters.
As an articling student, Robeah spent three months working in the legal group at a leading Canadian energy infrastructure company as part of a secondment.
Robeah is fluent in English, Farsi/Dari and French with professional proficiency in Arabic and Urdu.
