About Rosalie
Rosalie advises clients on a wide range of financing transactions, including corporate financing, as well as on various banking matters.
Her experience covers acquisition financing, syndicated loans and project financing. As part of her practice, Rosalie advises and represents banks, financial institutions, private lenders and borrowers with respect to establishing credit facilities and security, at both national and international levels.
Prior to joining Blakes, Rosalie was an associate in the business law group of an international law firm in Montréal.
She is fluent in English and French.
