About Roy
Roy has a broad commercial litigation and dispute resolution practice with a strong emphasis on construction and infrastructure-related disputes. Roy has assisted international and domestic owners, contractors and tenants in complex disputes across a range of industries, including construction, infrastructure, energy, mining, real estate and finance. Roy also has extensive experience with builder's lien disputes.
Roy has represented major institutional clients in complex multi-party litigation and in alternate dispute resolution forums, including mediation and arbitration, with respect to significant commercial disputes. Roy has assisted on matters before administrative tribunals and all levels of courts in Alberta and British Columbia.
Roy currently serves as a director-at-large for the Vancouver Bar Association.
