About Scott
Scott’s practice covers various aspects of corporate and commercial law, with a focus on major infrastructure and energy projects.
Scott advises public and private entities at all stages of major projects, from development to operations, including the bidding process. He also assists in drafting commercial agreements and ancillary documents in the context of the design, construction and operation of projects, as well as regulatory compliance pertaining to environmental activities for renewable energy projects.
Scott is a professional engineer and a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec. Before joining Blakes, he worked for several years at a leading Canadian engineering and construction company as an infrastructure project manager on major health-care and transportation projects.
Scott is fluent in both English and French.
