He advises both public and private companies, as well as financial institutions, on a wide range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private financings, private equity transactions, and corporate reorganizations. He also provides ongoing advice to clients with respect to securities regulatory compliance, corporate disclosure obligations, stock exchange matters, and corporate governance.

NioCorp Developments Ltd. on its business combination with GX Acquisition Corp. II, a special purpose acquisition company, resulting in an up-listing to the Nasdaq Stock Market, and two separate financing arrangements with Yorkville Advisors Global, LP with total proceeds from the transactions of approximately US$71.9-million
Argentina Lithium & Energy Corp. in connection with a US$90-million investment by Peugeot Citroen Argentina S.A., a subsidiary of Stellantis N.V., to acquire 19.9% of the issued and outstanding shares of Argentina Litio y Energia S.A. and in connection with related exchange, offtake and investor rights agreements
New Found Gold Corp. on various transactions, including in connection with the establishment of its US$100-million "at-the-market" equity program and its C$56-million bought-deal public offering of charity flow through common shares
