About Sina

Sina’s practice covers several aspects of corporate and commercial law and focuses primarily on commercial transactions, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions involving private and public companies, as well as infrastructure projects and public-private partnerships (P3s).

Sina takes part in commercial transactions and is involved in several stages of M&A transactions, including due diligence and closing.

In the area of infrastructure, he advises domestic and international clients on a full range of commercial matters, including procurement processes, offtake arrangements, engineering, procurement and construction agreements, major equipment supply agreements, and operations and maintenance agreements.

Sina is fluent in English and French.
