Sina’s practice covers several aspects of corporate and commercial law and focuses primarily on commercial transactions, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions involving private and public companies, as well as infrastructure projects and public-private partnerships (P3s).
Sina takes part in commercial transactions and is involved in several stages of M&A transactions, including due diligence and closing.
In the area of infrastructure, he advises public and private entities in their bidding processes and takes part in the drafting of commercial agreements and ancillary documents in the context of design, construction and operation projects.
Sina is fluent in English and French.
