Stefan's practice focuses on general corporate and commercial matters. He has assisted clients on a range of matters and transactions, including share and asset acquisitions and dispositions, mergers, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations and other corporate law matters.

Stefan's experience includes analyzing corporate agreements, conducting corporate due diligence and research, and drafting corporate agreements and constating documents.

Prior to joining Blakes, Stefan worked as an associate at another leading firm.

Stefan is fluent in both English and Serbian.

A subsidiary of a publicly traded corporation in its exercise of a call option to acquire all remaining shares of a technology company for total consideration of C$88.3-million, while also assuming approximately C$7-million in debt
A global manufacturing company in the transfer of its Canadian subsidiaries to a joint venture with another industry partner over the course of 2022 and 2023
An engineering consulting company on the acquisition of a Calgary-based automation company
