Tori practises corporate and securities law with a focus on capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and other securities and corporate law matters.

Tori's experience includes representing publicly traded issuers, private issuers and underwriters on a broad range of matters and transactions, including debt and equity securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, continuous disclosure obligations, corporate reorganization and general corporate and commercial matters

As an articling student, Tori was seconded to the Calgary office of a multinational integrated oil and gas company.
