About William
William's practice focuses on all areas of employment, labour and human rights law. He has experience advising and assisting employers with all issues related to the employment relationship, including wrongful and constructive dismissal claims, employment standards disputes, human rights complaints, labour relations, privacy, and occupational health and safety. William regularly assists employers in drafting and implementing employment agreements, workplace policies and termination agreements.
William joined Blakes in 2025. Before joining the Firm, he practised at a prominent labour and employment boutique in Vancouver.
