About Xinya
Xinya's practice focuses on Canadian domestic and cross-border debt financing, corporate finance and related transactions. She acts for lenders, borrowers and private issuers in an array of industries, in connection with secured and unsecured financing transactions (bilateral and syndicated loan structures).
Xinya joined Blakes in 2024. Before joining the Firm, she summered, articled and practised in the Vancouver office of another leading national full-service firm.
