MONTRÉAL, August 21, 2023 — Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP (Blakes), Canada’s top business law firm, is pleased to announce that Caroline Biron and Claudie Imbleau-Chagnon have joined the Firm’s Montréal office as Partners in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Infrastructure/P3 groups, respectively.
Caroline Biron Joins Litigation Team
Caroline is one of Quebec’s leading litigation lawyers. She has practised law for more than 30 years, with a focus on high-end commercial litigation and class action defence. She has litigated before courts at all levels in Canada, including the Supreme Court of Canada. Before joining Blakes, she was managing partner of a leading litigation boutique in Montréal.

Claudie Imbleau-Chagnon Joins Infrastructure Team
Claudie is one of Quebec’s leading infrastructure lawyers. She has nearly 20 years of experience in the area. She began her law career at a national firm and then spent several years overseas at a top-tier international firm focused on international projects. Immediately before joining Blakes, she was vice president of legal affairs (investments) at a Canadian-based global leader in real estate and development projects.
