About Daniel

Daniel helps to manage the work of a team of over 40 lawyers and legal professionals located across multiple Blakes offices. His practice spans various industries and sectors with a focus on implementing project management approaches and incorporating the latest technologies into legal work.

Daniel advises on complex data management and review projects in both the Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Corporate & Commercial practice areas. He plans and oversees sophisticated e-discovery and document production projects, responses to both domestic and transborder regulatory requests, internal investigations, and responses to data breaches.

Daniel has significant experience planning and managing corporate transactional work, including large-scale due diligence projects, developing standardized legal processes and workflows, and planning and managing routinized agreement drafting and review schemes for clients.
