About Patrick
Patrick's practice covers various aspects of commercial and civil litigation. He advises companies and individuals in various areas of law, such as construction, energy, real estate, lobbying, administrative and regulatory law, environmental law, shareholders' disputes, international trade, insurance and other contract disputes. He advises national and foreign clients, including resorts developers and operators, banks, energy infrastructure companies, manufacturers, and other local and multinational companies.
Prior to joining Blakes, Patrick developed solid professional experience within the federal government, notably with the Canada Border Services Agency. His academic path led him to pursue his studies in Tunisia, at the University of Tunis El Manar, as well as conduct research in Lebanon in association with the University of Balamand.
Patrick is fluent in French and in English.
