About Nicolas
Nicolas’s practice focuses on environmental, natural resources and territory law. He advises clients in the commercial, industrial and real estate sectors on business transactions, project development, regulatory compliance issues and litigation disputes. In particular, he assists with matters relating to contaminated land, environmental permits and authorizations, wetlands and bodies of water , waste and hazardous materials management, nuisances, and agricultural land.
Nicolas holds a BA in environmental science from McGill University, in addition to training in environmental auditing and ecology, which allows him to understand the technical aspects of files.
Nicolas is fluent in French and English.
