About Siobhan

Siobhan advises clients on a broad range of M&A, corporate and securities transactions, with a particular focus on mining and corporate governance. Her experience covers all aspects of securities and business law, including public offerings, private placements, take-over bids, reverse take-over bids, plans of arrangement, venture capital investments, private equity transactions and private acquisitions. She also represents clients in their dealings with the Canadian securities commissions and stock exchanges and advises on continuous disclosure and corporate governance compliance.

With respect to mining and mineral exploration, Siobhan provides specialized advice to clients on industry-specific matters, including acquisitions and divestitures, mine reclamation and closure issues, mineral rights analyses, and offtake, streaming, earn-in, option, joint venture, marketing and royalty agreements.
