• TC Energy Corporation in respect of its proposed separation into two independent, investment-grade, publicly listed companies through the spinoff of TC Energy’s Liquids Pipelines business with anticipated completion in the second half of 2024. 

• Desjardins Group Pension Plan on the acquisition of a portion of EDF Renewables Canada Inc.'s stake in the Cypress wind power project near Medicine Hat, Alberta. 

• Suncor Energy Inc. on the sale of its wind and solar assets in Alberta and Ontario to ATCO. 

• Pacific Energy Corporation Limited in its joint investment agreement with Enbridge Inc. into the proposed Woodfibre LNG facility, a project that will be a significant advancement to provide clean natural gas to Asian markets. 

• Canadian Pacific Railway Company on its Hydrogen Locomotive Program to develop and build North America’s first hydrogen powered line-haul locomotive.  

• Green Impact Partners Inc. on the strategic equity investment of up to C$545-million by Amber Infrastructure Group on its GreenGas Colorado, Iowa renewable natural gas (RNG) and Future Energy Park RNG projects. 

• Fengate Real Asset Investments in its multi-year, C$100-million equity commitment with energy developer Greengate Power Corporation to jointly pursue the acquisition and development of renewable and clean energy projects in Alberta, with the potential to expand across North America.  

• Oak Street Capital Management LLC with respect to the acquisition of the Calgary Bow Tower and Bell Campus and structuring a strategic joint development framework with a large petrochemical company for the capture, transportation and permanent sequestration of CO2 globally. 

• HTEC Hydrogen Technology & Energy Corporation on Chart Industries, Inc.'s 25% and I Squared Capital's 35% equity investment in HTEC.
